In the Now

When you release the past,
as if it were a dream made up in your mind,
and you let go of your imagined future,
what is left is now.
Now takes you in,
and the moment becomes an eternity in infinity.
Boundaries dissolve.
Timelessness begins - and never ends.
Consequence, guilt, fear and regret,
disappear in the mist.
Here you are - alone,
and All One.
Realizing they are One in the same.
