What does it mean to trust life?
For me, it always meant trusting the future, but that never felt good for very long. I was constantly having to remind myself to let go and trust. Then one day, it occurred to me that I was trying to trust something that didn't exist. It sure seems like the future exists because in our minds it appears as real but the future does not exist; never has and never will.
There is no sense of well being in trying to trust something that doesn't exist. So what does exist? This moment exists and only this moment. If you think about it, has this moment ever let you down? Or, have you somehow always had what you needed, when you needed it? If you could drop the idea of the future protecting you or saving you, you might find yourself in the gloriousness of this Divine Moment; completely fulfilled, completely loved, completely abundant. Not in any imaginary future but right now.
In grace & gratitude,
