The true meaning of integrity is when your intention and your attention line up. It doesn't really matter what your intention is; but if you are not giving your attention to it, or maybe even tending to its opposite, you are not in integrity. Let's say that peace is your intention, but you are giving your attention to war, you are not in integrity. This is why it feels bad. If your intention is love, and you choose love again and again, you are in the highest integrity. And so, you become that which you intend, and that is the point - to become that which you intend.
